1. General Format Authors must ensure that the manuscript is prepared in a double-spaced format with all page and continuous line numbers included to facilitate the review process. A complete submission must consist of a title page, an abstract with keywords, the main text, a reference list, tables, figure legends, individual figure files, and a graphical abstract.
2. Title Page and Author Information The title page must clearly state the full manuscript title, a concise running title, and a complete list of all authors along with their respective institutional affiliations. Detailed contact information for the corresponding author, including their full name and institutional email address, must be prominently displayed to ensure seamless communication.
3. Abstract and Keywords For original articles, review papers, and technical reports, authors must provide an unstructured abstract of no more than 200 words that succinctly summarizes the research. Additionally, up to five relevant keywords should be included below the abstract to enhance the paper's discoverability in academic databases.
4. Manuscript Organization To maintain consistency, the manuscript should be organized in the following sequential order: Title Page, Abstract and Keywords, Main Text, References, Tables, Figure Legends, and finally the Figures. This standardized structure ensures that all essential components are easily accessible to editors and reviewers.

The total number of references is limited to 40 for original articles, 20 for technical reports, and 10 for rapid communications or letters to the editor.
6. Tables and Figures Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively in the order they are first mentioned in the text. Tables should be placed at the end of the manuscript file as editable text rather than as static images, while each figure must be submitted as a high-resolution separate file to ensure optimal publication quality.
7. Graphical Abstract A graphical abstract that visually represents the core findings or the conceptual framework of the research must be provided. this visual summary will be used to provide a quick overview of the work for readers and will be featured alongside the article online.
